Tzatziki Sauce

16 oz cucumber seeded peeled and grated. About 1 medium cucumber

8 oz sour cream

1/2 oz olive oil

1 teaspoon parsley chopped

1 teaspoon toasted coriander

1 teaspoon (Lea & Perrins) Worcestershire sauce

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon fresh grated garlic

2 teaspoon onion grated

1 Tablespoon Salt

1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper


Mix everything together in a small bowl. Let sit in the refrigerator for a couple hours or over night so flavors can infuse. Serve in a designer bowl of your choice. Goes excellent with lamb burgers, lamb leg, gyros, any type of lamb and/or game meat, any style chicken and fish.


This is not your traditional tzatziki sauce! Give it a try, you never know you might like it.
