Grass Fed Beef Chili

1# Grass Fed Ground Beef-Browned- drain off excess grease

1 Small Onion-Small Diced

2 ea Cloves Garlic-Mince

1 teaspoon Gluten Free Ground Cumin

1 1/2 Tablespoon Gluten Free Granulated Garlic

2 Tablespoon Gluten Free Granulated Onion

1 Tablespoon Gluten Free Ground Mild Paprika

1 1/4 teaspoon Gluten Free Fresh Ground Medium Chili Powder

1 16 oz Can Gluten Free Bush's Kidney Beans drained and rinsed

1 16 oz Can Gluten Free Bush's Chili Beans

1 29 oz Can Gluten Free Tomato Puree-Dei Fratelli 

32 oz Beef Stock

1/2 teaspoon Mortons Kosher Salt

1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Gluten Free Black Pepper

Put ground beef in skillet and season with salt and pepper. After the ground beef is browned and drained add the onion and cook for about 2 minutes then start adding the dried seasoning. Toast the dry seasoning for about 5 minutes on med low heat. Add the garlic and beans along with the tomato puree. Stir in completely. Add the beef stock and cook for about an 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours on med low heat. After reduced and somewhat thick finish with salt and pepper if needed.
